REMEMBRANCE

أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ
تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ

Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured.

Some mornings the heart is loud. There is an old remedy for that, and it is one small act.

It asks for no tools and no place. It only asks you to say a name you already know, and to mean it.
